Stratecute, pronounced [strat-i-kyoot], was started in 2018. The company was developed out of a love and passion for the hospitality business. The name Stratecute is the forging of both the words ‘strategy’ and ‘execute.’ We believe these are the two foremost pillars any company needs to be successful in day-to-day business, promotions, and profits.

Stratecute prides itself on the ability to listen, diagnose, build a game plan, and assist in the execution of that strategy to solve problems associated with logistics, efficiencies, marketing, concept, and dollars.

FOUNDER & CEO

CHANNING FAWCETT

Channing has dedicated her life to the hospitality industry – she’s spent years working in restaurant operations, both back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house, to management, wine buying, and distribution. She’s also had the opportunity to work at both the national and local level in restaurant/hotel marketing and consulting. In addition to the various career roles, Channing holds a Master’s in Hotel & Restaurant Management, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Her goal in founding Stratecute is to utilize her skill set to help others build strategies, execute those plans, and ultimately profit at a higher capacity.

DAVE DOBBINS

Dave has a unique ability to generate quantifiable reports for any restaurant operations scenario. He refined these skills while spending time with Chili’s Grill & Bar as the youngest General Manager in the history of the company, and as General Manager of a few Laundry’s concepts speckled throughout Houston. Beyond the large corporate boats, Dave managed the entire opening process from construction, to training, to opening of an elevated local Italian-pizza restaurant in the Texas suburbs. He currently serves as a financial advisor, specializing in financial management for those in the hospitality industry. We call upon Dave when we need his expert advise with regard to reporting and operations management.

ANDY TIPPEN

With a keen eye for spaces, Andy works with us as a spatial-construction specialist. His innate ability to imagine the functionality of a space before it exists is a supreme talent we’ve never seen in any one else. Andy spent approximately twenty years working in bars and restaurants in a variety of positions. His understanding of guest and staff flow enables him to recommend the best solutions possible for high function and revenue rewards. Andy currently manages frame and construction sites throughout the Austin, Texas metro area.
